Samá Nara oil is inspired by classical Ayurveda wisdom and preparation called Balashwagandhadi Thailam dating back to 2nd Century BC. The name Ashwagandha refers to strength of a horse and is known to rejuvenate both the muscular and nervous systems. Bala literally means strength,inferring the herb’s potential to build muscle mass and provide endurance. In Samá Nara oil, word Samá implies to balancing and Nara implies to nerves.This Vata (Ayurvedic acronym for Nerve or Nervous system) pacifying oil blend is known for its neuroprotective properties and is recommended for various neurological conditions involving neuralgia and neuropathy. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera):

Rasna (Alpinia galangal/Pluchea lanceolata):
An extensively used plant in Ayurveda known for its potent anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties; Alpinia galangal is even used in culinary preparations. Very effective against arthritis, neuritis, neuralgia and many other inflammatory pains.
Shallaki (Boswellia serrata)
Boswellia serrata has been used in medicines and as incense in religious and ceremonial rituals. The gummy exudate of Shallaki is obtained by peeling away the bark, commonly known as frankincense or olibanum. Boswellia is used widely in Ayurveda for treating arthritis, skin sores, wound healing and as neuroprotective.
Ushira (Vetiveria zizanioide) oil

Direction for Use:

• This oil can also be used as massage oil daily.
• Apply externally over the affected body part, half an hour before bathing.
